　福岡県において育成された良食味品種‘つくしろまん’の生産性と食味特性を明らかにした。‘つくしろまん’は様々な施肥法の下において食味水準が高く，良食味であった。そこで施肥に対する生産性の違いを明らかにするため，収量水準別の窒素吸収パターンを解明した。収量560 g m^-2に対応する窒素吸収量は幼穂形成期までに7～8 g m^-2，穂揃期まで10～11 g m^-2，成熟期まで10～11 g m^-2で，玄米中窒素含量は11.5～11.8 g kg^-1であった。520 g m^-2に対応する窒素吸収量は幼穂形成期までに5～6 g m^-2，穂揃期まで8～9 g m^-2，成熟期まで9～10 g m^-2であった。このときの玄米中窒素含量は，11.3～11.5 g kg^-1であった。480 g m^-2に対応する窒素吸収量は幼穂形成期までに3～4 g m^-2，穂揃期まで6～7 g m^-2，成熟期まで8～9 g m^-2であった。このときの玄米中窒素含量は，11.0～11.3 g kg^-1であった。以上の結果に基づいて，目標とする収量と玄米中窒素含量の水準を明確にした肥培管理を行うことができる。

We clarified the varietal characteristics of nitrogen (N) uptake in case of the rice variety `Tsukushiroman' bred in Fukuoka Agricultural Research Center. The results showed that the indexes of N uptake on a yield of 560 g m^-2 were 7～8 g m^-2, 10～11 g m^-2, 10～11 g m^-2 till the panicle formation (PF) stage, full heading (FH) stage and harvest (H) stage, respectively. Furthermore, N content in the brown rice at this point was 11.5～11.8 g kg^-1. The amount of N necessary for obtaining a yield of 520 g m^-2 were 5～6 g m^-2, 8～9 g m^-2, 9～10 g m^-2 till the PF stage, FH stage and H stage, respectively. And N content in the brown rice was 11.3～11.5 g kg^-1. The amount of N necessary for obtaining a yield of 480 g m^-2 were 3～4 g m^-2, 6～7 g m^-2, 8～9 g m^-2 till the PF stage, FH stage and H stage, respectively. And N content in the brown rice was 11.0～11.3 g kg^-1. These indexes are useful for fertilizing to achieve a target yield.
