ニホンナシ早生品種の果実糖度の年次変動と気象要因

 ニホンナシの早生品種でFlNLAY and WlLKINSON 1)の回帰分析手法を用いて,果実糖度を指標に気象の年次変動に対する適応性を検討した。果実糖度には品種間及び年次間で有意な差が認められた。全品種の糖度の平均値に対する各品種の糖度の回帰係数に基づき,気象の年次変動に対する適応性を評価した結果,‘幸水’は高糖度で気象の年次変動に対する適応力が高い品種であることが明らかとなった。また,‘新水’,‘筑水’,‘多摩’及び‘八里’は高糖度で気象の年次変動に対する適応力が低い品種,‘長寿’及び‘新世紀’は糖度が低く気象の年次変動に対する適応力が高い品種であることが明らかとなった。したがって‘幸水’は糖度に関しては不良な気象条件下でも安定して高く,年次変動の少ない優れた品種であることが判明した。気象要因と糖度の関係は,‘幸水’では収穫前40日間の平均気温及び日照時間,‘新水’及び‘長寿’では収穫前40日間の降水量,‘筑水’,‘八里’及び‘新世紀’では収穫前40日間の平均気温と糖度との回帰係数が有意であった。

  To clarify the adaptability of 7 pear early cultivars , the sugar contents were investigated with the Brix scale for 10 years , 1984 to 1993. me adaptability was tested with respect to the weather factors such as mean temperature,hours of sunshine, and precipitation during 40 days preharvest period, using FINLAY and WILKINSON,S method (1963). There are differences in the sugar contents among cultivars. Eg KOSUI B] , which has high sugar contents, was considered to be well adapted. In contrast, 'SHINSUI' , 'CHIKUSUI' , 'TAMA', and 'YASATO' have also high sugar contents but were considered to be less adapted, while 'CHOJU' and 'SHINSEIKI' have low sugar contents but were considered to be well adapted. Among these cultivars, 'KOSUI' was recommended as a superior cultivar, though it shows high sugar contents even with weather fluctuation. Significant correlation in sugar contents was found for 'KOSUI' with mean temperature and hours of sunshine, for 'SHINSUI' and 'CHOJU' with precipitation, and for 'CHIKUSUI' , 'YASATO' , and 'SHINSEIKI' with mean temperature.
