ナバナの収穫方式,時期の違いによるカルシウム,鉄含有率の品種間差

 ナバナを用いて,収穫方式,時期の違いによるカルシウム及び鉄含有率の品種間差を明らかにした。
1.ナバナのカルシウム及び鉄含有率は収穫方式の違いにより大きく異なり,株どり栽培では,主枝どり,側枝どりに比ベ,それらの含有率が高かった。また,株どり栽培におけるカルシウム含有率は秋冬期に比べ夏期で高かった。 2.秋冬期側枝どり栽培,夏期株どり栽培の2つの作型で,カルシウム及び鉄含有率に品種間差が認められた。秋冬期側枝どり栽培においてカルシウム含有率の最も高い品種は‘新晩生油菜’,‘京築在来種’であり,鉄含有率の最も高い品種は‘芯切菜’であった。夏期株どり栽培では,カルシウム含有率の最も高い品種は‘新晩生油菜’であり,鉄含有率の高い品種は‘新晩生油菜’,‘五月菜’,‘京築在来種’,‘川流れ菜’であった。

  Differences in Calcium and Iron Content, a of Several Harvest Methods of a Plant and Growth Seasons Among Cultivars of Nabana (Brassica napus L., Brassica camnpestris L.).   The differences in calcium and iron contents of a plant, which was harvested by several methods and also varied in growth seasons were investigated among cultivars of Nabana (Brassica napus L. , Brassica campestris L.). 1. The contents of calcium and iron in Nabana were widely varied among whole plant harvest, primary branch harvest and lateral branch harvest. The calcium and iron contents in whole plant were higher than primary branch and lateral branch. The contents in whole plants grown in summer were higher than one,s grown in fall-winter. 2. Comparing with calcium and iron cotents of sevral cultivars grown in summer and in fall-winter, the differences among cultivars were identified. The cultivars that contained high calcium contents among sevral cultivars grown in fall-winter were 'SHINBANSEIABURANA', 'KEITIKUZAIRAI'. For iron content, 'SHINKIRINA' was the highest. The cultivar that contained highest calcium among several cultivars grown in summer was 'SHINBANSEIABURANA'. Whith respect to iron content, 'SHINBANSEIABURANA', 'GOGATSUNA', 'KEITIKUZAIRAI', 'KAWANAGARENA' was found highest.
