　カンキツ台木‘ヒリュウ’のクローン苗を低コストで簡易に育苗するため，組織培養シュートの屋外における挿し木・順化法と挿し木苗の生育促進法を検討した。

　挿し木苗の定植時期と定植後の施肥量，秋期の補光が挿し木苗の生育に及ぼす影響を検討した結果，挿し木苗の樹高は定植が早く，施肥量が多い方が高かった。補光は地上部の生育量を増大させたが，地下部の生育には影響がなく，その結果Ｔ／Ｒ率を高くした。

　 4， 5月の露地のビニルトンネル内で組織培養シュートの挿し木・順化を行って，挿し木苗を育成後，慣行の 2～ 5倍量の多肥と秋期に補光することで，樹高20cm程度の苗が 7～ 8ヶ月で得られる。

　In order to raise the tissue culture nursery plant of a citrus rootstock 'Flying dragon' for a short period of time, the cutting and the acclimatization of the shoot, and the growth promoting its rooted cutting in the outdoors were examined.

The start time of raising plant, the amount of applied fertilizer, and supplemental light in autumn investigated the influence affect growth of rooted cutting. Consequently, growth of rooted cuttings was promoted, when it was planted in April or May, the amount of applied fertilizer was increased 2 to 5 usual times and supplemental lighting was carried out in autumn.

The cutting and the acclimatization of a shoot were performed in the outdoor vinyl tunnel in April or May, and growth promotion processing by many fertilizer and supplemental lighting was carried out on the rooted cutting. Consequently, it became clear that the plant with height of about 20 cm was obtained in 7 - 8 months.
